Our Story
Tea Hehe started in 2014 with one woman’s love for tea. Alina has always been a big fan of the delicious warm herbal drink. After completing the Dandelion Herbal Studies Program, Alina began her adventures in making her own tea. What started out with a couple teas, a kettle, and a pop up, became a growing business with over 20 tea blends, lots of tinctures, and other herbal remedies. Alina started Tea Hehe to share the healing powers of herbs and her love for tea. After attending different music festivals, Alina found it lacking that she couldn’t have tea whenever she wanted at any hour of the day or night; and so Tea Hehe’s traveling tea lounge was born!
Alina was joined by a few other women, who are now working together to bring nature’s medicine to the people. The lounge is more than just a grab and go tea vendor; it is a cozy, healing, safe space to escape to and to feel accepted. You might meet a new friend, engage a wonderful conversation, participate in a tea, cacao, or kava kava ceremony, find yourself surrounded by magical musical faeries, or just take a well needed rest with your tea. As of now, Tea Hehe is a donation based tea bar. All products are also on a sliding scale basis, where people are encouraged to give what they can.
